Essential oils were the missing link in my family's health and well-being. They quickly became the key in our ability to not only survive but thrive. Having experienced win after win, it confirmed for us that plant-based living is our true path. I celebrate this knowledge and receive the utmost joy from sharing oils with others and teaching workshops. This journey inspired me to co-author a DIY recipe book (Oil + Glass) that empowers others to become the healthiest versions of themselves.
