I fell in love with essential oils 12 years ago during the pregnancy of my first child when I was looking for natural solutions to help with sleep and morning sickness. I quickly became hooked as I discovered all the amazing natural healing products I could make on my own. I started making my own oil diffuser blends, face serums, body butters, lip balms, diaper creams, hand salves and bath salts just to name a few! I love using oils with my (now) four kids for everything from helping them sleep to boosting their immunity to healing their owies! I love that there's an oil for almost every ailment and even more I love sharing this knowledge to help others on their own healing journeys.
